Supply and replace the broken section of sliding gate metal gear rack. I would like to repair both the rusted frame and the teeth of the rack. Please see attached image. I would like to post a new task to include the frame repair and teeth repair together. The standard metal rack (as attached image) comes with the 10mm teeth and my gate has the 23mm width teeth (as attached image). Please let me know if we could rebuild the section from the standard metal rack instead of machining a section from scratch. The rusted beams in the pictures are : 50mmX20mm and 100mmX50mm (4mm thickness). I would like to replace the rusted section. - Due date: Flexible

We have a double metal gate to the driveway that had the branch of a tree Fall on one side. Over time that side has fallen down slightly so that it sticks against the other side and is very hard to open. We have attempted repairs but need someone with experience to fix it.

Bottom hinge of metal gate broke and needs repairing Hi All, Attached photos. Currently the top bracket hinge is still attached but the bottom one has fallen off, so I cannot align the gate to the gate lock on the other side of the wall. Whilst changing the hinges, I want to install self closing hinges on this gate so the it wont be left open by accident as I have a dog in the yard. Not sure if the metal grill is thick enough to drill into for the hinge attachment?
