Replace 6 hinges on 3 sagging metal gates with self closing hinges. DESCRIPTION OF CURRENT STATE Gate 1, the gap for the bottom hinge and the post is 2.1 cm, the gap for the top hinge is 2.4cm. The top part of the metal gate is hitting the post and the gate cannot close properly (see gate1, gate_not_closing photos). I have taken away the Magna-Latch to stop it rubbing against the post. Gate 2, the gate can close but catches on part of the latch and is stiff. The gap for the top and bottom hinges are approximately 2.1cm (see gate2_stiff photo) Gate 3 works normally (see gate3 photo) A close up has also been provided of existing hinges for all three gates (see existing hinge photo) WORK REQUIRED For Gates 1, 2 and 3, replace existing hinges with D&D hinges, adjust the self closing mechanism on the hinges so that the gate closes smoothly and Magna-Latch operates properly. (Gate 1 requires reinstallation of Magna-Latch). I shall provide the 6 D&D hinges.
