VAG CDAA engine 1.8 TSI still in car, head removed, pistons still in. Need bore measurement on all 4 cylinders to verify condition and sizes for replacement pistons. Nominal diameter 82.51mm. Can crank it to expose bore. Want to verify it is worth with proceeding with piston removal and ongoing fixing. Car is in the garage, power available for additional light. I have LED overhead light.

I have an oil leak on my car would ideally need fixing before I drive up to cairns. I park my car in a paid weekly car park so plenty of room to work.
