Hi there. I’m looking to upgrade the factory head unit in my 2012 RB3 Honda Odyssey. I want to replace it with a CarPlay unit, and I would prefer one with a capacitative touch screen. I don’t know whether I need to upgrade my speakers as well. I would like to add a small subwoofer under the passenger seat, not for loud doof-doof music (I mostly listen to pop and jazz), but to make it sound more hi-fi. The factory sound is lousy. I would also like to make sure it keeps the reversing camera (there’s one in the current system) and the steering wheel controls continue to work. Happy to either bring my own components if you recommend it, or for you to source them… at a reasonable price… ;-). I had been looking at Pioneer and Sony units but was overwhelmed with all the choices.
