You will need to go to this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received within 24 hours. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. You will have 48 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. You cannot complete the shop till the training has been completed and our confirmation email has been sent to you. Please note: if there is no correspondence within a 24 hour period after you've been assigned, you will be cancelled from this task.
