We have an opportunity for you to visit a pharmacy and provide feedback on your experience. You will need to visit the pharmacy, assess its presentation, and evaluate the service you receive. This task involves purchasing your prescription medication, so please only proceed if you have a valid prescription from your doctor. The prescription can be for someone else. Additionally, you’ll need to purchase an over-the-counter medication, which will be reimbursed within seven days. Please note that all our mystery shops require watching a brief training video and completing a knowledge check to guide you through the task’s requirements. The training is for preparation only and is not part of the task itself. If the task is canceled, payment will not be issued for the training unless the task is completed. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. You cannot proceed with the mystery shop until the training is finished, and you’ve received a confirmation email from us.
