The front door lock of the apartment works from the outside but when inside and you turn the lock it just keeps spinning around and doesn’t catch to be able to secure the door.

Hello, My name is Val and Im hoping I can find someone qualified that will install a new lock/handle for me. Specifically, I have purchased the following product: - Orion Smart Fingerprint Entrance Lock (the Grid Connect supported one - DL03HA) Not sure if this is relevant information, but I live in an apartment. Does bodycorp need to know anything? It's important I get the lock changed immediately as I'm doing this as someone stole my keys over the weekend and I'm scared they copied them. The last time you dealt with bodycorp, they took forever to get back to me, and I just won't feel safe until I get my lock changed. Currently my lock is just an old school lock that is locked and unlocked with a key. My door is a normal wooden door, I don't know what other information is needed. Feel free to ask. I'm free tomorrow, Tuesday 3 June. I have to take my car to get serviced at 8am, so I should be free sometime after 9:00am.

Balcony door is stuck. I suspect the sliding door roller need to be replaced as the balcony door is now sitting almost flushed against the bottom.
