I locked myself out of my apartment in South Melbourne, its a deadlock which i installed I think it wont be hard to open - if by some chance you would come out tonight let me know and quote worst case scenario it will be tomorrow at around 5:30

The gate has dropped and lock now not aligned and won’t lock

The front door lock of the apartment works from the outside but when inside and you turn the lock it just keeps spinning around and doesn’t catch to be able to secure the door.

Specifically, I have purchased the following product: - Orion Smart Fingerprint Entrance Lock (the Grid Connect supported one - DL03HA) Not sure if this is relevant information, but I live in an apartment. Does bodycorp need to know anything? It's important I get the lock changed immediately as I'm doing this as someone stole my keys over the weekend and I'm scared they copied them. The last time you dealt with bodycorp, they took forever to get back to me, and I just won't feel safe until I get my lock changed. Currently my lock is just an old school lock that is locked and unlocked with a key. My door is a normal wooden door, I don't know what other information is needed. Feel free to ask.
