Hi, I need someone to fix an internal door handle. When you turn the handle, the latch bolt (the piece that goes in and out of the door frame) doesn’t retract, so the door won’t latch shut. It should be a simple job — the internal latch mechanism is jammed and just needs to be released or replaced. Photos attached. Richmond location. Flexible with timing. Thanks.

Repair / replacement of shopfront door lock. Simple Lockwood key lock that bolt levers up. Lock struggles to close does not seem key is engaging properly when locking. Seeking Monday afternoon or Tuesday if possible

Smart locks installation. 1. Front Door - Replace deadbolt with Eufy S3 Max Video Smart Lock (I will supply) - Change the bottom lever so that it's non-lockable. 2. Garage Door (internal) - replace deadbolt with a smart lock or would consider mechanical keypad, but it needs to lock from both sides. I need assistance recommending a product for this. - replace lever as the current one is broken, with as similar as possible. Also need help selecting this. Photos attached. We are home most days, so I'm flexible on when this gets done.

I bought a Eufy C33 Smart Lever Lock for my house and want to swap over my current deadlock but I don’t have the right tools unfortunately. It needs a hole cut in the door that’s a minimum of 45mm diameter (the current hole is only 35mm) and it needs a 1 inch hole in the side of the door for the latch and another one on the door frame for the strike plate. If you have the tools to cut these holes for me and chisel out the rectangle for the strike plate and latch, please send an offer. I’d like to get this done today since I’ve already removed the old lock and don’t want to put it back on. Instructions are in the photos.

Looking for a locksmith or handyman who has a Lockwood 3570 mortice lock and matching barrel (or compatible equivalent) on hand and can install it. The door has already been professionally opened — this is now just a clean installation job. Please only respond if you have both the mortice lock and barrel available.
