Find and experienced emergency locksmith in Melbourne

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. We got a piece of elastic band stuck in the sunshade when it was retracting. It has now jammed the mechanism so that we can't fully close the sunshade (not the sunroof). A car electronics and mechanical problem.We think that the metal band that guides the sunshade is displaced. Looking for someone who can remove, identify the problem and either fix it or replace it.

Need to fix broken door handle

The handle for our front door has come off the screws! We can’t seem to figure it out ourselves and would appreciate your assistance. The lock and door mechanism still works - just the handle can pop off annoyingly.

The front door lock of the apartment works from the outside but when inside and you turn the lock it just keeps spinning around and doesn’t catch to be able to secure the door.

I need a locksmith to help with two tasks at my home. 1) To replace the cylinder in a door lock, and to provide a new key for that cylinder. So that it can be locked by a new key (lock is pictured. Ideally we can keep the lock, just replace the cylinder) 2) To help improve how one of my other doors closes and locks at the moment. (From time to time it semi closes but doesn't fully lock. Interested in whether there's anything we can do to solve that problem). I can provide photos of this door and lock if helpful.
