Locked out of flat need a lock asal

The latch on our gate has come loose and a new one needs to be spruced and installed on the metal post of our gate. We’d also like a slide bolt installed as well so it can be locked from the inside. Want someone to please source and install both as soon as possible please

Urgent need to open fly screen asap

Open a fly screen door , basic old style.

Standard door to be picked up in Brookvale and transported 1 km to Freshwater house and put on shed with new handle installed. Needs holes cut for handle to go in. Old door fell off yesterday when I opened it. Old door needs taking away ideally.

Fix lock and winding mechanism on window

I have a new Lockly Secure Pro lock. Need to remove old front door lock and install this one. Does require drilling and preferably experience with installing these locks.

Got some trouble with fly screen lock, handle opening but latch doesn’t open and close. Need repair

Looking for someone to (1) Install a back door on existing door frame (see photo of new door and existing door and frame) (2) Put a handle and 2 locks on the door (we will pre-order and pay for these finishings). One lock will be a brand new standard lock (see photo) and the other is a floor bolt that will need to be removed from the old door and screwed on to the new door (see photo). EDITED: no longer require the door to be collected from Bunnings, we will arrange for it to be delivered. No need for it to be painted. We will deal with that afterwards. Not an urgent task - days are restricted to certain work from home days (generally, Tues and Fridays are good) and Bunnings delivery date (estimated to be 1 week). Quote to include (1) Labour costs for installation (2) Tools and ancillaries for installation. Quote should exclude (1) Door (2) Handle and locks - we will arrange for these to be delivered to our home beforehand - Due date: Flexible but subject to Bunnings delivery dates and work from home days (Tues, Thurs, Fri)

In our old appartement in Queenscliff we needed a door with a cat door. So we had a carpenter make a new door (door 1) which is an exact replica of the existing door there (door 2). We then put the original door in the garage. Now that we are moving, we need to put back the original door in and would like to take the door with the cat door to our new place and do the same here. Sizes are matching. Only thing in the new house will be to adjust the locks. Here are all the steps needed: (1) Door 1 to be dismantled in Queenscliff (2) Take off locks from door 1 and put it on door 2 (locks fit) (3) Put door 2 back again in Queenscliff (4) transport door 1 to curl curl (5) take away door 3 (6) put locks from door 3 on door 1 (door 1+3 have the same size) (7) put door 1 in place in curl curl Pictures: Door 1 - white wood with cat door Door 2 - white door with glass Door 3 - brown door Happy to use the lock from door 3 to install on door 1, or buy new lock if that makes things easier.
