So I'm having an issue with my Schlage Encode smartlock - the lock itself seems to be in order, but for whatever reason it isn't connecting to the wifi and therefore I've lost my remote access. Various troubleshooting methods have been attempted; batteries replaced, and lock reset, but it just doesn't seem to want to re-pair.
