I drive a 2003 Toyota Townace. The Drivers lock from the outside only locks with the key but doesn’t open. Locks normally from the inside. Upon investigation one part of the door mechanism has a notch in it causing it to catch so it doesn’t unlock. Looks like can be plastic welded unless someone can source cheap part

Need a Volvo XC40 Car key Fob cloned - to supply new fob and program. I have another original key if needed to clone.

We have a lock as shown in the photo that will not lock properly (in that the metal won’t slide all the way in or out of the door and the key won’t turn all the way). This has been fixed a few times before, but I think with the house settling it changes over time. I’ve tried WD40 but it makes no difference and that’s about as handyman as I get. Would like for someone to come and fix both of these locks so that they close completely and that the key can be turned easily.

Sliding door is broken. Doesn't slide.

The lock on the sliding door to the balcony is not working / not locking. Hoping the lock can readily be fixed.

The door at the back of my house has expanded or something and is stuck. The door handle broke when I tried to force it open.

Need a locksmith to help with the following 2 locks: 1. The lock in the first 2 photos works and turns perfectly fine when it’s not closed - it is just the alignment between the door and the frame that is the issue, as I’ve circled in Red on the first 2 photos. It seems that since the house moves a few millimeters over the months the latch starts hitting the strike plate (sorry if they are the wrong names, I’ve circled the things that are problematic in the photo), and for the last 6 months I’ve had to not open the back door while the sun is on it in the afternoon as the metal expands and it won’t lock. But now even at night it’s not working. Therefore the task is fix this so that the hole accommodates for this metal expansion and house shift for at least for a few years? 2. Back gate door in the 3rd and 4th photos locks from the inside but only with some effort, but it no longer works from the outside. Unsure if this needs to be fully be replaced or if it just needs to be taken apart and cleaned/greased up… If possible can you provide the time you could be available today, tomorrow or Wednesday in the message with your quote.

The garage door is unable to be locked due to jammed lock and bar. Refer to pictures.
