Install a lockable handle or keypad lock on gate (see pics for fence type). I have an existing pool style latch with lock but it doesn’t work well. See pics of types of locks I’d like. Something with handle and key. Or inside lock. Must be able to be opened from inside or outside. Gate only 1500 high so don’t want it to be unlocked from inside by reaching over. Hence lockable. Looking to be done within 2 weeks. Will pre purchase any locks or handles necessary.

My partner & I have just bought a new house. Although we got the keys yesterday, we will not be moving in for about 6 weeks so painters and other tradies have time to do some things.
