Bottom lock doesn’t work and need it replaced with new knob / key I don’t have the hardware

I’m needing a key pad installed on my salon door ( for when clients arrive early , they can have access to the waiting room) I have attached some photos of the door, I’m not sure why kind of keypad would be suit able, I’ve attached photos of what I think would be but again, I’m not sure. I just put any price as I don’t know the cost of the key pad, but submit what you think

I need help fixing or replacing a broken window latch handle on my casement window which opens half upon turning the main handle below and as one out of 2 locks on my window is broken, i can’t open the window.
