(See lock type and installation page in photos for understanding the holes arrangement.) 2) Instal new Yale Unity Entrance Lock Fire Rated with DDA Lever (See lock type and installation page in photos for understanding the holes arrangement and how that would align with current lock. Some new holes will be required, and frame cut-out as well. Note that the existing lower 54mm big hole can be aligned with the new template and used as such.) Installation to ensure aligning of the external mask such that no new door painting is required. I am ok with 4mm difference due to templates differences when lower big holes are aligned. 3) Slightly adjust the door such that it fully closes/locks by its self-weight, without the need to push/pull towards the frame. Door and existing lock are shown in photos. Door frame is of metal. With new Yale lock fire and DDA building code compliance will be achieved. Parking provided (for vehicles up to 2.1 m in height), otherwise street parking.
