We would like to replace key lock to our bin room in our apartment block to a pincode combination lock. Door is street facing and prone to random attempts and break ins edited for clarity Easy reprogramming Key override Weather resistant And hard to break

Install a new door lock and rehang a hinged screen door. The old lock and handle had been damaged and removed. I have removed the door and bought two new locks/handle options. I also have thr cylinder and key. All of which seem to be compatible. I do not need lock, cylinder or door provided as part of this job. The lock location on the door has some legacy issues to take into consideration. Where the previous lock has been there are some existing screw holes that have been damaged. To install the new lock, it may require slightly changing the location where to lock screws into the door. Or maybe some of metal work in order for the lock to attach correctly and securely. I have the screws for the locks but if the proposed solution to the lock install requires different screws, you will need to provide them as part of this job. Please refer to the photo for details. Subject to where the new lock location it, the job may also require a new lock location to be made in the door frame. As part of the job, please supply the long strong screws required to attach the door hinges to the frame - noting that the screen door is heavy. No painting is required. Please consider if the lock, cylinder and door appear compatible and let me know if you think there will be am issue with this before accepting the job. The door hangs well and it's hinges seem to be in good condition. We can provide a set of hands if required to help hold the door while you hang it Please let me know if there are any other Important details you need to inform your quote. Thank you

We want to replace current front door handle with a new one. We have purchased new handle - just need someone to install please.

Want a new lock put in front door. There is a space cut out already with an old lock so need a replacement see pics . It may be a case of making a matching key. No idea how much this job costs so please just quote a fair price.
