I want to replace the deadbolt on two on my external doors, one of the doors is closed with the deadbolt jammed (key will turn partially and then get stuck). I also need the replace an external laundry door if someone can do this and create an offer if can do all together.

I would like an old door handle to be fixed as the screw that keeps it secure to the rod has lost its ability to tighten and remain tight.
