We’ve had the most wonderful long-term relationship with our current permanent housekeeper, who is sadly returning home to Argentina (They also offer Massage/Facial services to our guest for extra income) We’re now looking for someone who would love a similar ongoing, stable arrangement. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work as our portfolio continues to grow. Locations: Primarily Southbank Occasionally Melbourne CBD, Docklands & Collingwood (You have the choice to choose) Scope of Work (Per Property) • 1–1.5 hours per clean • Change linens • Wipe surfaces • General reset and tidy • Quick turnover-style clean (short stays are usually lighter than standard house cleans) • Linen to be taken off-site for washing and returned for next changeover (you might need a trolley or ikea bag) Cleaning must be completed between 11am–3pm (guest turnover window). I have just moved in and don’t have a vacuum or mop so need a one off cleaner. So need the floors vacuumed and mopped. I’ve also bought bedding for two bedrooms that needs unpacking and put together (ie it’s a lot of ikea pillows and Donnas etc). I think it’s 1 hour to do the cleaning and one hour to make the beds and clean up etc. Happy to pay 3 hours for travel etc to get it done
