If this needs to be asked ... then a proper housekeeper isn't asking it. The HOUSE needs looking after weekly. "Budget" will only have $300 in it as there is no way to elaborate. But that's what I'd expect to pay a real housekeeper for a full day (who's not expecting the same amount p/h a private company for Aged Care gets from Govt. that includes booking fees, their own salary, then paying the cleaner they send). If doing 2-4 days, obviously more $$$ Experience is essential. 1st year students looking for casual income to support living and text books - bless you, but this isn't a job for you. I need someone who can sort and clean cupboards, properly wash floors, dust/clean items etc., make bed clean bathrooms, fridge etc.. clean patio - reg real,housework. I own the house so have third party. Older (okay, 'elderly 🙄) female, some health/mobility issues , no assistance required with personal care, just can't keep up with house. The house. Lounge rooms, sining room, kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small,office. Only 1 person living here and is nearly always in bedroom. House in disarray becuase reaident no longer able to manage it all plus w years ago, now dead ex had a moving van of stuff just dumped through it. Single older lady, some health issues, no ,longer able to maintain house. Initially work will involve helping to organize/dispose of everything deceased ex husband had stored which was dumped here nearly 3 years ago. Got rid of a lot but now need help. Usually a lovely home. I have been unable to leave house much so miss medical appts etc. I have an older cat. Feed birds. And need help. No family (or children). Reference re honesty much appreciated. Payment can be agreed up depending on hours you're able to give etc. so please not the payment estimated is only for a single day or 6 hours.

Fold and organise clothes neatly 5 shelves and small hanging compartments. All clothes are clean. Total job time would be between 1-1.5 hrs max as it gets done regularly . Also a lot of the clothes are still folded so it's just the unfolded items that need folding and putting away

3 shelf sections and 2 cubes in expanding hanger 1 hrs work max if that Could provide more cleaning work if your looking for more but this task is just for that.

I require someone who has great organizational skills, and someone who can help me go through years of household build up, from a 3 year old to now a 15 year old.
