Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, friendly and trustworthy housekeeper/cleaner to help keep our family home running smoothly. We’re a busy household with three young children, so I’m looking for someone who is happy to help with whatever needs doing each week rather than just a standard clean. I’m looking for someone for approximately 2 hours each week (day and time can be discussed), with the potential for extra hours occasionally if needed. Tasks will vary from week to week and may include: * Vacuuming the whole house * Mopping hard floors * Cleaning bathrooms and toilets * Wiping kitchen surfaces and cupboard fronts * Dusting * Folding and putting away washing * Changing bed linen * General tidying and resetting rooms * Emptying bins * Other light housekeeping tasks as needed I’m hoping to find someone who: * Has experience cleaning family homes * Has great attention to detail * Is reliable and takes pride in their work * Is comfortable working around children if we’re home * Can work independently once priorities are discussed I’ll provide a list of priorities at the start of each visit, so the focus can change depending on what needs doing most that week. I’m a full time mum of 3 young boys. I have ADHD, autism, and borderline personality disorder, and both of my older boys are also neurodivergent. My youngest is only 18 months old, and I’ve been really struggling to keep on top of everything. I moved into my new home at the end of March after being homeless for 2 years after leaving a violent situation. This house means so much to us, and I’m trying my hardest to make it a safe, warm and peaceful home for my kids, but I’m feeling overwhelmed and I really need some support. I have 3 bedrooms, but at the moment all of my kids are sleeping in my room because their rooms aren’t set up yet. One room is currently full of our belongings and is meant to be my 5 year old’s bedroom. I just want my boys to have their own spaces and somewhere they feel comfortable and happy.
