Please read the entire description before your offer: We are moving into a rental 3 story, two bedroom townhouse and the previous tenant didn't clean properly so we need it to be cleaned, preferably with mostly non toxic cleaning products. I have an auto immune condition & health anxiety so I want to make sure the place I'm moving into is clean. Does not need to be pristine, just visibly clean and bacteria free. There will be none or minimal furniture so it will be easy to move around. Cleaning supplies not provided. I have marked all areas needed to be cleaned in the photo provided with green ticks. Wheelbarrow and gloves provided. I have an area of pebbles that need to be put in a wheelbarrow and moved 10m to a skip. The pebbles are 5cm to 12cm diameter and are to tightly packed to be dug with a spade. They must be picked up by hand and placed in a bin. Need to be strong enough to lift a 15 to 20kg bin of rocks 1m off the ground to put into bin. Best done early bettween 7am and noon as it get hot. Paying per hour rate for upto 5 hours hard work. Need done by Sunday - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 26 November 2023
