I'm tidying my 2 story townhouse, I need some extra help with carrying stuff upstairs, plugging in lamps, taking boxes out to the car boot and doing dishes and folding some laundry etc. must not be afraid of a barking toy poodle dog.

1.5 days work. $265/day. Offer your rate just for half day and we can arrange the rest as 3x that amount. One and a half days about $400. Friday, Monday or Tuesday. 20 small tasks around house. These plus much more: Tidying garage, taking empty boxes and odd items to the car for a rubbish tip run, plugging in cables and pinning them in place, cutting a tarpaulin using my tools , bringing in laundry, folding laundry. Dishwashing. Sweeping. Must not be afraid of a grumpy barking toy poodle dog.

5hours. Start 9:30am finish 3:00 Many housework tasks. Reorganising assistant to help me throw out stuff in bin and garage. Not afraid of a grumpy toy poodle dog. Dishes. Laundry folding. Taking out bins. Taking stuff upstairs and to garage with my help. Making tea and coffee.

Preferably 9am to 12noon start. I need 3 hours help with laundry (mostly it's just folding on our table)and kids laundry. All can be done in our house, no equipment required. Tea and coffee provided. Must not be scared of our toy poodle that is a bit grumpy.

Two working adults need their clothes cupboards tidied and laundry folded for 4 people. 4 hours work minimum. Will pay any extra hours if needed.

Please read the entire description before your offer: We are moving into a rental 3 story, two bedroom townhouse and the previous tenant didn't clean properly so we need it to be cleaned, preferably with mostly non toxic cleaning products. I have an auto immune condition & health anxiety so I want to make sure the place I'm moving into is clean. Does not need to be pristine, just visibly clean and bacteria free. There will be none or minimal furniture so it will be easy to move around. Cleaning supplies not provided. I have marked all areas needed to be cleaned in the photo provided with green ticks. Wheelbarrow and gloves provided. I have an area of pebbles that need to be put in a wheelbarrow and moved 10m to a skip. The pebbles are 5cm to 12cm diameter and are to tightly packed to be dug with a spade. They must be picked up by hand and placed in a bin. Need to be strong enough to lift a 15 to 20kg bin of rocks 1m off the ground to put into bin. Best done early bettween 7am and noon as it get hot. Paying per hour rate for upto 5 hours hard work. We’re OCD people, so we’re already constantly cleaning as we go. The house is always well organised & cleaned, however certain things do get neglected. Like dusting, bathroom, toilets, ovens, cabinets, blinds, ironing, vacuuming, mopping & etc. Each fortnight, we will provide you with a list of what needs to be done. Then the next fortnight something different. We DO NOT need a professional cleaning company. We are just after someone that is looking for causal work & is happy to come in once a fortnight to help us out with some house work, while we focus on the baby & working from home. The job is ongoing. Once a fortnight (any day of the week) 4 hours. $25 an hour. We also have two toy cavoodles. They are very well behaved, trained & loves people. The budget of $135 set is what we're looking to pay for the 3 meals per week. This can be negotiated depending on the serving size and quality of the cooking. We are looking for someone to prepare fresh home cooked meals 3 times a week ongoing either delivered to us or we can pick it up in the Maidstone area. We are looking to free up more time in the evenings to have some family time as we have 2 young kids and both adults have very busy jobs. The more variety of dishes and cuisines will be better and we're just looking for someone who can provide food like if our parents were bringing it over.

One portable garden bed full of soil, plus a few extra bags that are no longer in need of use, to be taken for your own use.
