Just moved need to clean garage, involves vacuuming and general tidy up

I have two storage units that I need to clear out and sort. It is quite overwhelming so I would like some assistance. Ideally you would help me by listing anything that can be sold and also some to be taken to charity etc.

Only recently moved in here. 3 bedroom townhouse in modern complex of 12 units. The below would usually take me about 2 hours to get done. Vac and mop hard floors, vac carpets on 2x sets of stairs and in 3x bedrooms upstairs, clean bathroom and ensuite, change bed sheets, change towels. Put sheets in the washing machine and hang out (51 min washing cycle). In an ideal world also, would be great if you could hang clean & dry shirts, fold shorts and uniforms (basically the weeks washing which I’ll get done) also. Me and my 2 boys are here for 1 week per fortnight, I travel for work the other week most of the time and come home Sat night/Sunday morning and then pick up my boys Sunday arvo. Am looking for a fortnightly visit to get the above done, probably on a Monday / Tuesday after we all leave for the week. Have all the cleaning gear but my vac is a workshop style vac and it may frustrated you and you might want to bring your own as it’s a bit bulky. My Mum needs help sorting through our garage and doing tip runs of what needs to be chucked and organised with what’s to be kept (there will be more tip running than keeping as most of it is junk/broken).

My mum has broken her Fibula and I (her daughter) have put my back out trying to help her the last few days.
