REPOSTING: I essentially need help organising by working together to see what needs throwing out and what needs to be stored. Previous individual assigned was unavailable for the dates asked so I am reposting. I recently moved so I just need an extra pair of hands to decide where things should go.

I think the work is best for one person as there are a lot of walking( or can use we provided electric bicycle) involved not actually cleaning... hourly rate we offer is 35/hour in the beginning if we can confirm the quality of work we can pay per flat instead of hourly rate We are finding someone who can do weekly cleaning for our 30 apartments in Melbourne CBD area, only common area need to be cleaned which including bathroom, kitchen ( Fridge, Oven, Microwave ), laundry area included and small common living room area. Can fix a date per week and clean 6 flats within 8 hours range ( walking distance between flats are within 10 minutes ). Need someone with cleaning experience and can clean well ( as long as we confirmed you can clean well we can pay per flat instead of by hours ) We can provide all cleaning equipments and you can drive and park in our city car park and get the equipments if you want.

I live in a small studio apartment with a balcony, and it’s become very cluttered after moving from a 1BHK. I simply don’t have the time to organise everything and need someone to help me declutter the entire space. The apartment includes: • 1 big cupboard and 1 small IKEA cupboard • Storage space under the bed • 3-story TV cabinet • 3 large kitchen cabinets • 1 bathroom cabinet • Balcony area Your task will be to help organise and declutter everything to make the space neat and functional. I do have cleaners coming on the same day so no cleaning is required just organising. Preferred Time: Saturday, 8–11 AM All cleaning and organising supplies can be provided if needed.

We are a family with two young kids and both parents work full time - we need some help with clutter in the house as we don’t have time to tidy up in depth each week.
