Hi everyone, I need to clear out a few items from my property in Boondall as my previous tenant didn’t remove them after leaving and now I am selling the property while being overseas. Some of these are in fair usable condition, and include a desk, a chest of drawers, outdoor lounge chair, cupboard, cooking utensils, leftover appliances etc. There are also quite a few items that will need disposal.
