We’re after a reliable person who can come once a week, get the place reset, and stick with us long-term so you know where everything lives. What you’ll do (each visit) - General tidy-up: toys away, surfaces cleared etc. - Laundry: load/unload, hang, fold, put away - Bedrooms: change sheets as needed, tidy wardrobes/drawers - Kitchen: unload/load dishwasher, wipe benches, quick reset - General clean (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge) When: Weekdays only (you pick the day) Ongoing weekly preferably 3 hours per visit to start, with flexibility We pay by the hour with a budget of 30-35/h.

Have some re-organising of cupboards that needs to be done. Kitchen and wardrobe. Trying to clear some things out but mostly just be more organised and re-arrange. Looking for someone to help for 4-5 hrs. Have lots of hangers, and a cart to help move things if necessary so no heavy lifting.

I’m away overseas and somebody is coming to sublet my bedroom. I need my room to be fully properly cleaned. This is just a bedroom so it should not take very long. Services required include: - all surfaces wiped (including windows, desks, closet, everything) - vacuum (including underneath bed and in closet) - sheets and duvet cover etc.. removed - I basically want this to look absolutely spotless like an end of lease cleaning - if you see anything else that needs doing for a guest to be comfortable, please do it :) In addition, I need to empty my closet for the guest.
