I have an LG TV model OLED65CXPTA. There seems to be a power issue. The red light in the centre of the TV is not on so I cannot turn it on with a remote. When I turn the tv off at the power point and wait for a while and turn it back on, the on light on the tv appears and the tv is able to be operated normally. But when I turn it off with a remote the red light on the tv stays on for 10 seconds and turns off and I am unable to turn it back on. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 9 December 2023

Our LG smart TV has a column of 4 white spots on the screen. From some quick googling, I understand that one likely cause is that some of the lenses have fallen off and need glueing back on (or replacing). If it's likely to be effective to glue them back on, we'd be open to trying that rather than buying new lenses.
