We are after someone who can mow our lawn today if possible. Surface area is pretty small, maybe 7 meters x 2.5 meters. The grass was dead when we moved in and grew suddenly grew whilst we were overseas so it has grown long particularly around the edges. I think those parts will need a whipper snipper. (See photo for reference - i dont have a current photo of our lawn as im not home but the photo is our neighboring villa which is essentially identical in layout). There is also a deceased rodent discovered today however I am not home to place it in the bin and my family members are too squeamish

I need you to supply and install synthetic turf on one section of my backyard. Its a 7m x 1.4m area. It had real turf laid a couple years ago but this section hardly gets any sun so grass dies off quick. You will need to remove existing turf and then replace with the synthetic grass. I have 2 dogs so the turf would need to be ok for them as well

House side passage needs to be weeded. Removal of dead leaves from side passage and back verandah. Overgrown small grass area to be cut. Green bin available and large garden garbage bags if things don't fit.
