It is a small job, but ongoing. Front of house council strips of lawn. I need mowing every 2 weeks in summer, every 4 weeks in winter. If you do work in the 4171 or surrounding area, just add it into your schedule regularly. Mow and whipper snip. Couldn't be easier. First job isn't paid well given A.T. fees, but after that it's a straight $40 to you. Given the job size - I can't pay anymore than that. Cheers.
