The site currently contains significant excess soil, rock, and mixed material, as well as overgrown vegetation. The primary requirement is the excavation, removal, and disposal of contaminated soil and rock material, followed by leveling and preparation of the land for upcoming construction. Scope of works required includes: Clearing of overgrown vegetation and organic material across the site Excavation and removal of excess soil, rock, and mixed contaminated material Loading, transport, and disposal of excavated material at an approved facility in accordance with local regulations Cut and fill as required to achieve a level building platform Compaction and final leveling to leave the site build-ready Removal of general rubbish and minor construction debris is secondary and not the primary focus of the works. The completed site must be cleared, level, and suitable for commencement of residential building works. This job is a high priority and required as soon as possible.
