We are leaving our rental property and have pulled paint off the wall from picture hooks and also around skirting boards. We have purchased the matching paint, roller and necessary repair items We would like this done between Thursday 12th - Sun 15th June *sorry we are not sure what the price for this work would be

We need some cosmetic spot touchups of internal and external paint at house. Someone experienced to do a nice blended job with equipment / ladder. Also want minor repairs to chipped timber with builders bog etc to be then painted. Some of the examples in photos - a few of these around the house.

I need an experienced professional to paint the interior trims of my home in Holland Park, QLD. The surfaces are in good condition and do not require any repairs. The job includes: - Door jams and doors (10 total) - Skirting boards throughout the house - Window frames (10 total) Paint will be provided. No intricate details or designs to worry about. Timeline: within the next 6 weeks.

It is to replace the current paint. The house is located in RUNCORN, a pretty standard 3bd 2bath house of approximately 135 m2. Area needs to paint is all interior walls (not ceiling) including garage. Will need to be sanded, and redone properly. Time is flexible but preferably before end of July.

3 bedrooms, 2 with built in cupboards; large living area, kitchen, small ensuite, separate dining/second lounge areas, stairwell (include windows). Three rooms have ornate ceilings. All rooms in good condition, just need to freshen up. We will help with prep and move as much furniture out of rooms as possible. Never had interior painting done before so not sure how much it will cost, I'll put a budget price but if you are interested please give me a call to discuss.

We are painting the inside of our home, though have two spots with stairs we can’t reach the roof or tops of the walls. The area is not too large at all, though a solid ladder that can rest on different height steps is needed. We will also provide all the paint. Though we do ask that you can also change the light bulbs in the first photo while your up there We are also open to hiring the ladder and doing it ourselves. Painting interior of one level (walls and ceilings), including bathroom and kitchen. Also walls of stairwell for cohesive connection to upstairs. Painting of doors and door trims not required. Internal floor area roughly 95m2 for this level. One external walkway has just been added and the balustrade for that also needs painting.

Paint 3 interior doors. Paint supplied (see photo). Doors already undercoated. Also, reattach another door that is binding when closed, needs some force to reopen. May need additional screws for it, looks like attached dodgy before (last photo).
