Interior painting of 3 bedroom house including doors, skirtings and some window sills as needed. Any prepping needed too. Need to start earliest 26th Nov and completed by 1st week December.

2 areas of 2nd story guttering need spot sealer- bitumen paint. Each area approximately 1m. I can supply bitumen paint.

Light sanding preparation for painting, gloss work on skirting boards, architraves internal doors, the clean up, such as vacuuming up sanding dust, wipe down the sanded surface. Ideally it would be good to have some painting experience and if so a hand painting could be offered over above the preparation required. Photo shows one internal door already painted and the architraves around the door not yet painted but before this painting is started these surfaces require a light sanding to scuff up old paint so the new paint will adhere properly, it's not necessary to sand back to bare timber, just enough to take off the old gloss surface. As mentioned some possible painting and preparation experience is required, there could be a little extra painting work offered if the person has experience and is confident in their ability to paint.

All rooms in good condition, just need to freshen up. We will help with prep and move as much furniture out of rooms as possible.
