Painting all interior walls of my house. Using your own tools. Budget paint can be bought from Bunnings and reimbursed. There’s no furniture in the house currently. Address is 26 Balham Road, Rocklea

I need all walls and ceiling painted with builders white with only 5 doors. And deck and railings painted. I will supply paint need labour only.

General notes: - house is currently empty - available for work from 11 January - ideally work to be completed before 16 January - overall description: interior painting of 2-storey (4-bedrooms upstair and 1 office) house including attached 2-cars garage (2 coats) - colour: standard off-white - upstairs floor area about 125m2 - downstairs floor area: about 85m2 plus garage 35m2 - painters to come with their own tools and consumables such as roller sleeves, masking tapes, filling compound, etc. - paints to be as optional/ separately. Removal - items not to be re-instated (fill holes): - pull / unscrew all nails and hooks inside house - remove 3 small shelves in downstairs hallway - remove TV bracket in main BR - remove shoe racks at entry (to garage later) - remove shelf units in living area 3 upstairs - fill and sand holes from all of the above (will not be replaced) Removal - items to be reinstated in exact same locations (don't fill holes): - remove window coverings and rods etc and store carefully - remove garage hooks and store Preparation: - final sanding where needed - vacuum all dust - apply masking tape to all adjacent surfaces not to be painted - dropsheets as required to protect floors and countertops Exclusions (protect from paint): - Window surrounds in gloss paint - bare wood surfaces (upstairs floors, stairs, hand rails, etc) - tiled floors (most of downstairs) - kitchen cupboards and countertops - doors and door surrounds Apply 2 coats of paint to all walls and ceilings in all rooms including garage (except tiled walls in the bathrooms) - includes walls inside built-in closets - includes walls inside pantry, walk-in robe (main bedroom), walk-in linen closet - after completion, remove drop sheets and tape To reinstall: - window coverings and rods etc

I am seeking a painter for the interior of my small house - the walls and ceilings of the kitchen/living area, and two small bedrooms. Only a top coat is required for all surfaces. Looking to have the work done after December 22nd. Please quote for labor and specify whether materials are included.

Light sanding preparation for painting, gloss work on skirting boards, architraves internal doors, the clean up, such as vacuuming up sanding dust, wipe down the sanded surface. Ideally it would be good to have some painting experience and if so a hand painting could be offered over above the preparation required. Photo shows one internal door already painted and the architraves around the door not yet painted but before this painting is started these surfaces require a light sanding to scuff up old paint so the new paint will adhere properly, it's not necessary to sand back to bare timber, just enough to take off the old gloss surface. As mentioned some possible painting and preparation experience is required, there could be a little extra painting work offered if the person has experience and is confident in their ability to paint.
