Patch and paint walls and ceilings of 3bdr and 2 bath apartment. Paint and tools to be supplied by tasker.

Paint the interior of a masonry block single-car garage. Required areas (see photo) - back wall, right side wall, front wall (mostly roller door, does not require painting), and ceiling. Required works: drape contents; clean and prep; paint masonry blocks with textured paint (approx 30m2) - Dulux Texture Fine or similar (2 coats, plus primer coat); paint concrete ceiling (approx 20m2) Dulux Weathershield or similar (2 coats); all clean-up. Will supply paint (but not other equipment or consumables).

I have 3 internal doors and frames which have the paint flaking and peeling away. I want the doors/frames sanded, painted with undercoat then repainted. Want to make sure flaking and peeling does not reoccur. The doors to be removed for sanding and reinstalled to paint. The doors and frames were originally painted with oil based paint and then repainted with a water based paint without being undercoated/sealed prior. Paint will be supplied.

Will need ceilings, 4 doors, plus linen closet and laundry doors painted. there are a number of glass walls so less walls than some units. there is parking and lift access and the unit will be unfurnished. would like reliable, competitive quote with good quality paint. The colour of the paint will be white or thereabouts.

All walls on the floor plan need to be washed down and repainted - 2 coats Dulux Natural White. I don't think there is any plaster work that needs to be completed prior. Minor paint chips and wear and tear over 10 years. Walls only - no ceilings, no windows, doors or skirting boards. Is a new purchase so wanting to refresh before moving in so there is no furniture currently in the house. Images are from the sales listing to give an idea of appearance.
