I’m looking for someone to sand, caulk, and paint all skirting boards outlined in yellow on my floor plan. Areas include: Hallway Entry Lounge Dining Toilet (not bathroom) Also paint trim around doors I also need window sills painted in the following rooms: Dining Lounge Entry Hall Sunroom Details: I will supply all paint. You’ll need to bring everything else (sanding tools, caulk, primer if needed, brushes/rollers, tape, etc.). Skirting boards may need light sanding and filling before painting. Flooring is currently removed so no need for drop sheets. Floor plan and photos have been provided. Also the inspo photo (beige trims) Looking for someone asap. $700 is the top my budget.
