We are offering a $100 flat rate - non-negotiable. Scope for other similar cleaning tasks such as monthly bathroom clean, sweeping driveway, house tidy, etc (we will pay $40 an hour for these kinds of additional tasks). We are looking for someone trustworthy and willing to be flexible. May be ideal for a student. All cleaning products etc will be provided. Thanks!
