My wife and I are looking for help with household tasks whilst we balance work and caring for our 8 month old. We live in Edithvale, its a small 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom and 1 small ensuite. House is 110sqm total (12 squares). Off street parking is available. We have a small dog, a King Charles Cavalier. We are looking for someone to help us out with all household duties: General cleaning (vacuum, mop, wipe down all rooms and areas, clean toilets, showers, basins etc) Laundry (washing, drying and folding) Decluttering/tidying Meal prep (nice to have, not essential) Length & Days: 3-4 hours assistance 2-3 times a week to help us stay on top of things. Preferred times are mornings and midday, ideally completed by 3-4pm. Initial Airtasker visit is 3 hours for a cleaning trial. Regular visits are 2 to 3 times a week. Hours are a few hours at a time, flexible. Up to 6 to 9 hours a week depending on tasks and home needs. Days and times are flexible and we can work around your availability. Pay is 40 per hour with ABN required. Tasks can include general house cleaning and tidying, helping with laundry, changing bedding, light outdoor sweeping, home organisation and light maintenance, wardrobe organisation, and light household support with groceries collection and unpacking. I have recently moved homes and while the rest of house is done I have to still complete some unpacking and mostly organising my home office and therapy room (I am a speechie that works with kids). I have a bad back so the additional help also means less time bent over things. As an ADHDer having someone to help encourages my motivation of getting tasks started and completed. I need to pack down and move some of my furniture such as beds and drawers to my living room. (No stairs besides lifting smaller items into our roof attics up a ladder) 2 beds (1 queen, 1 king) Office desk 2 Couches 3 large rugs 2 low boy drawers with items inside Some boxes and other smaller items And some things need to be lifted into storage in our roof via our ladder. I will have everything ready and labeled where it needs to go so we can just start playing Tetris with the furniture and boxes when you arrive.
