1. Demolish the old cubby house in the back corner. Separate all the jarrah into a pile and remove everything else for verge pickup. Cubby has a rusted metal roof and some internal structures (old sink etc). Not too many spiders though :) 2. Remove all the rubbish shown - there will be some additional green rubbish over what is seen in the photo - assume 2-3x what is shown as a couple of palm trees need to be added. 3. Level out the sand in the area to allow large format pavers to be installed. Paving job not included but happy to discuss adding it! Flexible with timing but would prefer to be by the end of the month if not earlier. Work from home so anytime is suitable.
