Standard clean needed for a small 3 bed terrace. Floors, surfaces, rugs, carpeted stairs. There is a shower (no bath). Third bedroom is a small office rather than actual bedroom Two cats. One off clean initially but then looking for a regular cleaner also. Previous cleaner has hurt her knee so can no longer work as a cleaner. She has done 3 hours a fortnight for the house over the last 3 years which should give you an idea on time taken. However this included bed changes etc so 3 hours is definitely enough.
