Vehicle: 2017 Holden Astra BL (LT) Problem: On turning off ignition, displays 'Shift to Park' (car is in Park) and car unable to be locked until message clears. Message may clear within 5-15 seconds without further action. Message may clear when vehicle systems shut down. Occasionally message sticks, requires restart and ignition off to clear. Possible issue switch/sensor in shift linkage. Seek to inspect/diagnose/correct source. (Internet full of 'Shift to Park' issue on GM vehicles.)
