Help me move a few heavy timber beams to the back yard

I have to swap a Ute tray with a tub. I can do everything except lift off the tray which is approximately 250kg to 400kg. There is already two of us but we will not be able to lift it off without help. This is a 15 min job max ! If you have a crane or tools to help even better ! Thanks

Moving a concrete table top bought from Bunnings as they dumped it in the front of the house. Need to get it to the back.

We have our own truck that we are driving to the new location already filled, all we need is two people to help lift the boxes and a few pieces of furniture (heaviest item is a single door fridge). From midday in Umina Beach. The property we are moving into is a single storey house with rear lane access and the truck can be reversed all the way to the back door.
