Hi, need help moving furniture within house

Carry a carload of stuff upstairs (equivalent of 2 flights of stairs) Plus Another carload of stuff upstairs (equivalent of 4 flights of stairs) I got too tired, it's the last odds and ends from moving house, just little stuff , no furniture. Need to be fit, lots of stairs!
