I just need a person to help 3 others lift a simulator up a few stairs. It won't that heavy with 4ppl but it's just awkward. Should take about 30mins

Reception desk (2 pieces) – one piece 2.3 m long (~90kg+) must go up 17 stairs; the other smaller piece can go via lift after unpacking. Booth seats (2) – one piece 1.8 m long and another 1.3 m long, both likely fit in the lift after unpacking. Wooden shipping crates/packaging – to be unpacked in garage and removed/disposed. Move 2 modular sofa pieces, 1 exercise bike and one heavy wooden TV unit from ground floor to Basement level , via outside pathway. Also move heavy outdoor dining table a few meters. Will need two very strong people. Likely only 15 mins work.

Need 2-3 strong boys to move ~25 boxes, 80kg each from under ground car park to inside the building. Distance from car park to lift about 8 meters, From lift to inside is about 20 meters Lift can fit one box at a time. All flat surface. Happy to pay per hour or per job. Ignore the photo with the 4 boxes, there are 25, I just post it to show what the boxes look like.

Need 2 x heavy recliner sofas moved down 2 x flights of stairs and relocated to other areas of the house. One sofa going to basement rumpus, which involves going outside through wide doors, down garden steps and back into rumpus area through more wide doors. Other sofa to go out through wide door and into garage. Need at least 3 x strong people who will be able to carefully manoeuvre down the stairs without damaging walls, etc - please see pictures.
