Move some furniture from our garage into our house. Distance to be moved is about 20m and up 5 steps . 1 heavy table, and one very heavy cabinet. the sideboard is about 1500mm wide, 450mm deep and 1100mm high, but quite heavy. The table is about 1500mm wide, x 1400mm long, timber. There are 5 steps to go up, but the floor is polished timber so care needs to be taken to avoid scratches and dents.

We are moving house and need help putting our Gass lift bed back together.

I have a heavy wooden roll top desk that needs moving from 2nd floor to the garage. It took a couple of huge fellas to get it up due to difficulty gripping the desk as well as the narrow turns at the top and bottom of the staircase.

Looking for someone to help me lift a few boxes and things down to a van I'm hiring on Saturday 22/11/24 from 1pm in Ivanhoe. I will then drive up to my storage in Tullamarine and unload them. I will pay $30 an hour for one guy to assist me for approximately 3 hours. I will set up an order for 3 hours which includes the loading, driving and unloading of things. Any extra hours can be negotiated if we go over time on the same rate.

Sofa couch delivered, they said it wouldn't fit thru door. Lies. I've now stripped it down and it will fit. But weighs a ton because of mattress frame. Would need 2 sumos and maybe a trolley(I have one) or 3-4 muscles to manoeuver it the short distance from the garage into the house. I've just moved here so I don't know that many neighbors yet. It’s the very tail end of my house move, and I still have a few boxes and things to clear out of my shed, and a bit of sweeping and general tidying in the backyard.
