I need to replace two pool fence posts. I have replacement posts which need to have fixtures applied before removing old posts. New posts require new holes to be drilled into cement before being bolted in place. I will assist with holding things in place whilst hole's are drilled with a heavy duty impact drill. There is also a lattice fence that will require minor repair. Required tools are ladder and heavy duty impact drill and bits. Assume 2 hours work.

Need 2 people experienced with frameless glass pool fencing to carefully remove and store 11 glass pool fence panels at a property in Seaforth. The panels are mounted with black base plates/spigots fixed down with hex/Allen key screws (see photos). Job includes: * Removing 11 frameless glass fence panels * Unscrewing and removing base plate spigots/feet * Carefully carrying and storing all panels and hardware on site a few metres away * Handling glass safely without chips or damage * Leaving area clean and tidy afterwards

10 years ago, aluminum pool fence installed, the contractor made the mistake of mixing metal screws to bolt into side of the concrete pool shell, so now 6 or 7 posts rusted through and need replacing so need the old concrete footings dug out (50 cm deep/40cm diamater) and posts removed new posts installed between black top aluminum pool fencing likely 1 day of work or so

6 or 7 (will confirm) aluminium pool fence posts have rotted out (mixed metal in screws) need old posts dug out (50cm deep - 50cm round concrete footings) new posts installed correctly with alluminum fixings of concrete pool shell and concrete in ground

A 1m panel of our pool fence has fallen (during recent high winds), and needs repairing

I require a glass gate to be relocated from one place to another. Gate is the right size for its new location. Gate hinges can just be screwed to existing metal glass fence post, However, the gate may need a small wooden batten for the bolt to go into. The gate may also potentially need a new bolt/lock mechanism.
