Hi! I need a reliable person to tidy my front and back yard for a rental inspection. Tasks include: - Mowing small/medium lawn - Whipper snipping edges - Removing weeds from gravel strips, fence lines, and garden beds - Clearing dry plants and overgrowth - these are very spikey - Sweeping concrete areas - Removing cobwebs from door frames etc - Taking green waste (no green bin available) Important notes: - One side area is hard to access due to a spiky bush - Other entrance is covered in cobwebs - There may be a small creature living under the house — nothing dangerous, but please be aware. Needs to be done Thursday 6th Feb.
