Scope of work includes: • Tidy and trim hedges so they look neat and level • Trim lawn edges throughout the property • Mow again if needed, as the lawn has already been cut but may have grown back due to recent rain • Remove weeds from garden beds and other areas as needed • General pruning and tidy up of plants so everything looks neat and presentable • Identify any obvious dead plants or dead plant material • Tidy up the small loose stones around the putting green / mini golf area so it looks neat and presentable There is one empty green bin on site, but any excess green waste that does not fit will need to be taken away by you.
