Dismantle and pick up garden shed from mount Waverley and bring to Avondale heights and reconstruct in backyard

I am going to buy “EasyShed | Skillion Roof Garden Shed 1.5m (w) x 3m (d) x 2.1m (h) - Classic “ and I need someone to lay a concrete foundation and then assemble the shed on it.

We'd like to dismantle an existing garden shed and reassemble it in a new location in our backyard. Current size: 2.3 (W) x 1.6 (D) approx. Desired size: 1.5 (W) x 0.8 (D) approx.
