Need someone to clear the overgrown garden beds along the side/front of a single-storey brick house on the Gold Coast. The goal is to prepare the area for a low-maintenance pebble/stone garden with no mulch, no timber edging, and no raised soil against the brick. Scope: * Remove ferns, shrubs, groundcover, weeds and unwanted plants along the house * Remove roots/root balls as much as practical * Clear around the existing concrete skirting so the brick base and skirting are fully visible * Remove all green waste from site * Leave the area clean and ready for inspection before final landscaping * Be careful around windows, shutters, brickwork, gutters, downpipes and existing concrete/skirting Important requirements: * Do not add mulch * Do not add soil * Do not install pebbles yet unless quoting separately * Do not cover weep holes or the brick base * Do not leave wood, roots, stump grindings or green waste in the garden bed * Need someone who can clean up properly after the job There is also a frangipani/tree close to the house that may need removal or pruning. I lifted approx 2 metres of pavers to dig up a tree root. I would like someone to relay those pavers (onto the already sandy soil that is there) and rearrange pot plants and give the area a general tidy up. Some pot plants can be emptied out, others thrown out. The pot plants might take 1 hour. The paving possibly 4 hours.

AREA 2 - COURTYARD GARDEN STRIP: Remove all plants, pots, weeds, lower soil height at edge to base of the building exposing concrete along the perimeter of the garage (approx. 5 meters). Install weed mat, put in pebbles. Take away all waste. (image: the garden bed is twice the length shown). AREA 3. GARDEN BED AT REAR OF UNIT: lower soil height of garden bed level with the base of the building (perimeter only, if insufficient time). Length: approx. 5-6 meters W x 2 meters. Lower soil depth from approx. 8 inches to ground level. (See image with paver). MUST: remove all pots, dead plants, leaf debris and take away. Hedge is to remain.
