I bought some Magnolias for the balcony when I moved into this unit but the high wind and sun seemed to kill them. Now that I've had a wind and sunshade installed I'm looking to replace the dead Magnolias and possibly put in some other plants Also I'm required under my lease to keep these plants in planter boxes on the other side of the balcony alive and well maintained. So I need a gardener to come and do the following : 1. Tidy up planter boxes next to glass partition on right side of balcony 2. Source some new Teddy Bear Magnolias from Bunnings 3. Looking to hedge these tall plants to box style of all equal height and size , please see attached picture of uncut plants . The height of the hedged plants should not higher than the windows.

I would like to remove all bird of paradise plants and all their roots system. You will need to dispose off the plants and roots. See the photo. p.s You probably sell the plant in parts. They cost a bit if purchasing from the nursery. You need to be careful when removing the plant so that the render on the edges are not broken or chipped when you remove the plant. You can use our green bin but if the green bin is full you will need to bring the rest of the plants with you. - Due date: Flexible
