Cut away turf 3meters x 1meter, put in metal garden edge 6 meters, lay weed matting and geo tech where turf was removed, move current rock garden edge to form a new garden edge, plant plants in the garden created 3.5 meters x .5 meters, move peddles to fill around plants.
I would definitely hire Tom again and highly recommend him.
