- The track of the garage roller door (electric) is not aligned (the motor is fine). When you try to open the door it starts to bunch up on one side while the motor is running. In the meantime, we are pulling it down or rolling it up manually. - One kitchen sliding door is out of alignment, it’s stuck and is very hard to slide. - The last one is a kitchen cupboard door, with a faulty concealed hinged. The door is not closing properly. (we already tried adjusting the hinge, we suspect it’s broken)

I bought multiple new remotes and tried syncing them to the garage door by following the instructions but haven't had any success.
